Building a Legacy
Mary's Creek Cattle Company, founded in 1985 by Edward Medina, has evolved over the past 35 years into a thriving agribusiness with a strong focus on integrity, continuous improvement, and stewardship. From its humble beginnings on a 70-acre pasture to its current 195-acre operation, M3C has developed proven practices and improved the quality of its forage and cattle, while also expanding its interests to include beef cattle ranching, foraging hay, and recreational hunting.
